- What do you print your collage sheets on? PID collage sheets are printed using a state of the art laser printer. We print on 28lb Matte. All paper collage sheets work the best on laser printed paper and do not fall apart after layers of wet mediums.
- What is your Angel Policy? Paper Imagery Designs may be used in your art for resale. We want you to make ART using our images and sell your art! images may not be used for the creation of art that will be incorporated in collage sheets or collage discs to be sold, given away or used by other artists in their work.
- What is your shipping policy? We ship via USPS only. Shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout. Most US orders are $4.95 (01/09 increase) Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation. If your order does not fit in our priority mail package then you will be charged a higher rate. Sometimes stock runs short on large items if this happens usually your package will be sent in two shipments and sent via first class mail to split the postage.
All orders shipped to Canada and Mexico is actual cost. First Class Mail International to Canada and Overseas in Large Envelopes no more than 15 inches long, or more than 12 inches high, or more than 3/4-inch thick Anything larger will be billed separately.
*** Priority Mail and actual shipping time varies from location to location. We will ship your product to you within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of payment (sometimes faster). We only ship Monday thru Friday, any and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We found this to be our best method for shipping therefore if the USPS prices change our shipping prices change. All fees and charges are quoted in US dollar. We have given this a lot of thought and feel this is the best way to ship our product to you.
We make every effort to keep your order protected from the elements but we have no control of the handling of your package. We so suggest that you include insurance/tracking in case the package is damaged/lost by the USPS.
These fees are subject to change without notice due to any postal increases by the United State Postal Service.
We are not responsible for insurance costs. If you would like insurance please add a comment at the checkout and you will be billed for that separately. We are not responsible for lost packages please add tracking to your order, you have 10 days upon shipment of your order to file a complaint with the USPS.
How do we ensure security? We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your name, address, and credit card number, so that your personal data cannot be accessed while traveling over the Internet.
